A few years ago we had a lovely birthday (77) for my abuela. People come out in droves for Mama Maria. As it should be. At this particular birthday we thought it would be nice to have a chocolate fountain. Cool, right? It worked out quite well. Everyone was eating chocolate covered fruit and life was good. But then the chocolate ran out. hmm…
So we did what any good Mexicans would do. We improvised.
Behold, the Nacho Cheese Fountain.
It was way better than the chocolate fountain. Let me tell you, this is the future.
Happy Friday!

haha we can’t stop laughing about it. I think it’s hilarious and ridiculous that we did it but everyone loved it.

Necessity is both the mother of invention AND nachos. Now she’s given birth again! Can I have some? – NO! – Why? – It’s Nacho cheese! :*-)

Oh my god I’ve never heard of this! Or seen it! As a cheese lover, this definitely beats the chocolate fountain

as far as I know my family is the only one to ever do it. Maybe we should copywrite it and make a fountain better suited for cheese.

OMG! It’s like some sort of fondue in Mexican Heaven. LOL.

haha I know! I wasn’t actually there for this party and wish my aunt would dig up the chocolate fountain so we can do it again. It cracks me up.
