A huge wind storm swept through Palm Springs on Saturday. It knocked down trees and power lines and left patio furniture and garbage cans all over.
Sadly, it also knocked over the giant cactus in my parents front yard. They are hoping to replant. We are lucky too. Some trees fell on cars. It certainly would have been an interesting day to be home.
To all my Palm Springs friends and family, I hope there was not much damage to your property and you are able to clean up quickly.
Let’s hope this is the last California wind storm.

oh wow, i hope everything is back to normal soon & your parents’ yard didn’t suffer too much permanent damage.

Thank you. It looks like everything will be fine. Still waiting on the verdict regarding the cactus.
