In January, I shared my first 12 changes goal with you.
Prepare my supplies, lunch and clothes each evening.
I am happy to report that with the exception of two days, I successfully did just that. Each evening I would decide what to wear, put my lunch in containers, set the timer on my coffee pot and make sure my school bag was packed. When I woke up in the morning I was able to take my time getting ready. No more leaving without lunch or forgetting the power cord for my laptop. Everything was in its proper place by the door.
It was magical.
Now February is here and I plan on keeping this up while also adding on another goal.
Working out four times each week.
This is going to be a tough one for me. I am terribly stubborn and often find I am quite content where I am. Which at the moment is a max workout of two walks to school in a day instead of one.
As we all know working out has a million and five health benefits. I’d like to take advantage of those. I want to be an old woman one day that is still healthy enough to dance and run. I want healthier skin and less stress. I want toned legs and arms. I want to climb a mountain without getting winded.
Plus, one of my 101 goals is to create a workout routine and another is to run a half marathon. Working out four days a week will help me get there.
In case you are wondering, I have started my goal. The last week in January I went to the gym three times and on February 1st I went again. Today I woke up full of energy and ran 1.57 miles. My plan is to keep it up and workout Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday this week.
Here’s hoping I can push myself out the door at least 16 times this month.
What are your February goals?
